Directly inspired by 80s Slashers, these three subclasses are not for the faint of heart. If you plan to play them, talk to your DM first: because of the themes they address (violence, transhumanism, horror), and the "resources" that certain abilities require (limbs, eyeballs, etc.), they will not fit all settings and all campaigns. If your DM accepts them, they are perfect for any Villain Campaign, but can also bring spice to any player looking for a class that deviates from the usual paths.
